Patient Chart

Patient Chart is the single window to a patient's current and past medical history. All information received on the patient is registered as Encounters made up of selective information grouped as Leaves.

Clinical Forms

Clinical Forms allow the user to quickly write notes by selecting formatted text from predefined templates, using shortcut macros, dictation and free handwriting.

Health Maintenance Report/Disease Management Program

Providers can set triggers and reminders for the guideline element through HMR/Disease Management/Decision support alerts module. Alerts can be configured based on age, gender, procedures and base diagnosis. An HMR graph displays patient screenings history by gender, age, base diagnoses and CPT codes.

Prescription

Medications can be prescribed effortlessly and printed or faxed or e-prescribed to the pharmacy directly. Alerts the physician for drug interactions.

HL7 Lab Interface

The HL7 Lab Interface allows lab results in an electronic format from a lab outside the practice. These results are automatically attached to the patient chart and sent for physician review.

Scheduler

The comprehensive appointment Scheduler fully integrates with the electronic medical records to easily manage patient appointments. Users can Schedule or cancel appointments with few clicks, call patients for appointments in advance, and print superbills and receipts from scheduler.

Patient Reminders

Patient Reminder automatically calls patients and reminds them about their appointments, lab results and overdue balance with a status report in the scheduler.

Demographics

The Demographics feature is an comprehensive form with all mandatory data filled in to enable easy billing and records maintenance.

Fax

Through Fax the practitioner can fax patient records, lab results and consult reports anytime by just clicking the fax button, and can also view the details of all incoming/sent faxes.

Scan

Scan allows patient records (chart based or encounter based) to be scanned and attached to the respective charts.

Investigations

Investigations is a configurable list of investigations displayed with ordering information so that reviewing and showing results is made easy.

Alerts

Alerts module includes all clinical alerts including overdue health maintenance checks, allergies, and potential drug interactions. It also supports work-flow alerts that inform the status of the patient charts throughout your organization.

Superbill

GlaceEMR provides billing support from EMR - can generate billing information that can be exported or integrated with Glenwood's Practice Management System. The items that appear in the Superbill are configurable.

Vaccinations/Injectables

Vaccinations/Injectables offers an easy inventory management of vaccinations and injectables.

Growth Graph

Patient Growth Graph is the graphical display of physical growth of a patient over a period of time. The graph is system-generated based upon vital signs recorded in a Patient Chart during each visit.
